Lactose Free Meal:
This is a meal dedicated to travelers who are lacto-intolerant. There are numerous options for such people on the menu.
Ovo Lacto Veg Meal:
An ovo-lacto veg meal on the train comprises largely of plant-based foods, like fruits, vegetables, and nuts and dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese, along with eggs. There is no option of meat, poultry or fish.
Jain Meal:
This meal is free absolutely from non-vegetarian food or poultry items. It also is not inclusive of root vegetable such as potatoes, onion, garlics, beats and carrots.
Vegan Meal:
The Vegan meal served on-board does not include any product that has any kind of animal origin and dairy products.
Kosher Meal:
Kosher Meal on the train is prepared according to the Jewish Dietary laws. Proper care is taken that nothing non-kosher is used in any form.
Gluten Free Meal:
The gluten free meal has a wide variety of food options for the travelers such as gluten-free breads, cookies, cakes, biscuits, cereals, pasta and much more.
